フィンランド赤十字社（以下、フィン赤）は日本赤十字社（以下、日赤）同様Health ERUを所有しており、日赤からも緊急救援時にフィン赤が展開するHealth ERUに職員を派遣しています。
今般、フィン赤主催でSpecialized ERU Medical trainingが開催されることとなりましたので参加者の募集をいたします。
応募要件及び英文概要をご参照の上、締め切りまでに事業局国際部企画課研修係にお申込み下さい。

- 以下に該当する職員1名。
・保健医療ERU研修（旧基礎保健ERU含む）及びIMPACT（BTCも可）を受講し、国際救援・開発協力要員として登録されている赤十字施設に所属する医療職
・今後フィンランド赤十字社が展開するHealth ERUへの参加を希望するもの
・海外での赤十字の緊急救援活動（ERU等）への派遣経験があることが望ましい
・日赤のERUに対してもフィードバックを頂けるもの
※対象はアドバンスの方も含みます。

Finnish Red Cross Specialized ERU Medical Training
The Specialized ERU Medical Training improves the participants' competencies in working within Red Cross Red Crescent Movement emergency operations as part of Health Emergency Response Units or Rapid Deployments (ERU/RD).
This training is recommended for all health professionals who wish to be deployed in a Health ERU.
Learning Objectives:
The training aims to
- improve the participants’ understanding on global and Red Cross Red Crescent humanitarian assistance related to Health ERU/RD work
- raise the participants’ awareness on Standard Operating Procedures, guidelines and standards guiding the Health ERU deployments
- upgrade the participants’ technical knowledge relevant for working in Health ERUs
- provide adequate practical know-how for working in Health ERUs
After attending the training, the participants will be able to understand and implement a community-centered approach, support the delivery of services that address the unique health needs of specific groups and promote the well-being and dignity of the individuals we serve.
Pre-Course Online Training:
The self-study module is part of Specialized ERU Medical training, and the course cannot be successfully completed without completing the online trainings and pre-assignments. You will receive information of the mandatory online courses on Thursday 20.7. the latest.
