連盟・ドイツ赤共催：Values Clarification and attitude Transformation workshop & Training of Trainers研修のご案内

国際赤十字・赤新月社連盟及びドイツ赤十字社主催の標記研修の参加者を募集しますのでお知らせいたします。

構成：
1日目はワークショップ、2日目は日赤内に内容を周知いただくためのToT（Training of Trainers／指導者研修）

目的：
・Learn about values and attitudes towards abortion (workshop)
- Distinguish between assumptions, myths and realities about unwanted pregnancy and abortion
- Explain correct information about abortion and the circumstances surrounding it;
- Learn methods to demonstrate empathy towards the individuals, their families and health-care workers who experience abortion;
- Learn how to encourage health-care workers to separate personal beliefs from professional roles and responsibilities in the provision of abortion care;

・Organize and facilitate Values Clarification and Attitude Transformation workshops or standalone sessions within your own National Society (Training of Trainers)
- Evaluate facilitation skills and identify areas for improvement;
- Explain effective ways to handle challenging participants or situations in an abortion workshop;
- Understand the skills of a VCAT facilitator.
- Understand what support for first-time facilitators is available through IPAS—the organization that created the VCAT methodology for abortion.
